The .xl file

If the previous step was completed correctly, and you used "Update in project files" to rename everything, then this step should be super easy.
Open the .xl file in a text editor like Notepad++ or Visual Studio:
Now, without changing indentations, verify that the paths to your .inkcharcustomization files are correct, and match the respective gender. If in doubt, you can copy the relative path via WolvenKit and paste it into the editor.
Save the file, rename it to something unique (if you haven't yet) and go ahead and test your new tattoo mod!
Back in WolvenKit, you can click "Install Mod" and then launch Cyberpunk 2077, or click "Install and Launch" and WolvenKit will launch it for you.
And that's it. You've created a CCXL Tattoo mod!
